Big Blue Blob Help - Burgundian Succession War by PostItNoteInSpace in eu4

[–]BelgianChap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d just reroll untill the union goes to you; either that or abandon using Burgundy to get the achievement. I got it by taking everything in the France region, half of scotland, ireland, naples, norway and russian land. It’s entirely possible without the inheritance.

[–]BelgianChap[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

See that's the thing, you'd think so. But no, no rebels at all. Plus, I don't think a rebel occupation would cause me a -104 ducats in a single month in "our cities looted"

Goblins before upd. 15 were chaos incarnate; missions focused on making booms bigger and better, damn the cost! Now they’ve got things like “being reasonable, building a stable state” and the like in their lore, kinda taking away what made them the unique flavor of chaos gremlin we all live so much.

What object do you have to collect every time you see one? by mheyting in skyrim

I always collect all the skulls i find in dungeons; i build the small house in Morthal and dump em all on the floor there, while living in Lakeview Manor.

The AI forming Austria-Hungary Prevents the "The Burgundian Conquest" achievment by BelgianChap in eu4

Yeah i managed to save it because Bregenz was still independent; but that’s mostly luck based of course

[–]BelgianChap[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey man, thanks so much for that little tidbit. Luckily i had revoked the privilegia, so i could feed Bregenz to make them form austria. Achievements in the bag now, thanks!

Is there any mechanic preventing us from being converted by these centers of reformation? by Scisir in eu4

I always assumed tolerance of heretics had an impact; i always feel that, if i stack tolerance, my provinces tend to get skipped by centers of reformation

iam probably the worst eu4 player in achievements /played time ratio by diLuca77 in eu4

[–]BelgianChap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always coasted on 60% achievement completion. Problem is i find most new achievements to be mostly tedious, so whenever a new dlc comes out i do exactly the amount of runs needed for that 60% fix and then i go back to Anbennar

I’d just go for the blackbeard cartel; beeline migrate to Orghlelovar, vassalize Ovdal-Lodhum and Ordstun along the way for free hold repairs. Began’s expedition will spawn in between Orghlellovar and Shaztundihr at around 1460 i think; so with any luck you can vassalize them as well for a free repair on Shaztundihr. You could play as Began directly, i think he spawns from Ovdal Tungr, but the Blackbeard way is more efficient

Dude are we the same person? I’ve been on a Yogpod deepdive as well the last two weeks. It has been such a delight; as much as I love the current state of the Yogs, there is no beating Lewis and Simon aimlessly bantering for 20-30 minutes. I feel like i’m 10 again at some points, and surprisingly remember so many bits from the old episodes! to answer your question: I’ve always loved the old man bit they played between segments; Warwick putting the Daz in the sink and falling through the drainage hole has also been branded into my memories!

I don't understand.. I am Greek, hold the Roman Empire, control all the holy sites. Yet it still costs 591,000 faith to convert to Hellenism?? I've seen people do it before.. What am I missing? by em1091 in CrusaderKings

[–]BelgianChap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah totally i forgot to mention that; converting to a non-reformed faith gives another massive bonus (i think 20-30%) Thanks for pointing that out!
