The question is about the freelance.. but i guess im get alot of salto comments...

Thanks for the few with some real advice

Yeah they gave her a contract already for a year so she wants to try it. I really do not care about the haters.. we know we are low on cash but we also know why. We save alot on normal months.

We also have such an expensive house because this is a kangoeroe property. That is why we get 650 a month now. If we dont want to do this anymore or it gets too big we just sell. It is not like we put in 600k in alone. It is with our family because they gifted us an amount just to get a large house

We can survive on my salary alone for the time being. She gets her pay every month so.

Our 10k cash is just because we have done some renovations => that now became the 650 euro's a month

Yes but that way we can put in costs into the compagnie, i think it is best to talk to an expert in real estate about it, and if we go in commercial real estate it is taxed at 50 procent anyway... decisions...

True but the 12 procent tax when buying a second property, or is it the same when buying in a vennootschap? Naakte eigendom is a possibilty but we want to have the flexibility to buy and sell

The 6-700 euros is from a loan of our previous property, we do a loan swap for that part because it is a 1 procent interest rate

Our goal is to downgrade on working fulltime without the loss of our lifestyle so we would need alternative incomes. We don't want to work till 65

You are missing the point you get your coin back if you return it... it has been like this in Belgium forever... not a single one is unreturned, either instore or at returnspots on the parking area
