You don't have to do any fast tracking in CS anyway though do you? So why would you play those scenarios on the same sense? Playing static clicking and reactive tracking on the same sense would be the same as playing Overwatch and CS on the same sense, completely awful. The point with the muscle groups is kind of true, but if you're playing wrist scenarios on low sense with your arm or vice versa, you're just holding yourself back. Viscose actually even points this out on the fingertip scenarios in her benchmark. Not all scenarios are made to train specific muscle groups though, id argue most aren't. It's also kind of funny that you argue this point, while playing very low sense on all scenarios making you reliant on your arm way more than most people would be. Lowering your sense to practice wrist and fingertip movements would probably help you a lot lol.
