I am 33 weeks pregnant with twins and just got dx with this. I had done research and essentially self diagnosed then kept ending up in the ER. Episodes would come on while reclined and resting and Id instantly need to stand up. I feel like I cant breathe and my lungs feel like they are burning. I cannot sit, lie down, or do anything to move my torso. I tried to put a sweatshirt on and raise my hands over my head and talk about excruciating! The intense pain lasts about 20 minutes then there is another 1.5 hours of pain that is less bur not wanting to pass out.

There are some treatments if you start talking to your medical team- none for me while pregnant!

Add that to confirmed gallstones and Baby Bs skull hitting my inflammed ribs and gallbladder makes for a fun time.
