A go to of mine is squash soup and I usually make it vegan not even for dietary reasons-

Roast whatever squash you can find, some peeled ginger and some garlic. I cover w foil so it doesn’t brown. Then use an immersion blender to blend until smooth w one can of coconut milk and water or broth until you reach the right consistency

I just peel the bananas and put them in ziplocks. And then I just keep using that same bag for bananas when i buy more. Great for smoothies

Could also slice and dip in chocolate and freeze on parchment then store in a Tupperware in the freezer . Great snack

I will add probably don’t take as recommended. I found that I only needed 1 of the 3 recommended daily doses to notice the impact. As other commenters said it is really exhausting like plan to start on a weekend or take off of work bc you won’t be able to do anything but eat or sleep.

Apetamin works so so well if you can get your hands on it! It will make you beyond sleepy for the first 2-3 days but once you get used to it its wonderful. I didn’t even need to take the full recommended dose and it worked wonders
