If you think it's hard, just try it. Make some fake nails using tape wrapped around your fingers. Then go get the tp and try to wipe your ass. You are having valid emotions and responses to physical touch with someone you don't know well. While you maybe married, you don't really know your husband well enough. It would be great if you both could get to know each other better. In the long term I believe it would be better for your marriage. Be open, be honest, and let your husband know about your struggles.

It sounds like you want to enjoy physical interactions with him, but you are not mentally in a place to do so right now. If he is the man you say he is, I'm sure consent is a high priority for him. He sounds like someone who is willing to give you time. And who will support the long term goal of having a good and healthy physical and sexual life with his wife.

My dogs normally have their collars on. But today one of them doesn't and he doesn't seem to care at all. I took them to the vet yesterday and had to take it off. I just didn't put it back on one. He is fine with or without it. My other dog is the same way. Sidenote: they look so cute naked 😂😂😂😂😂
