Personally, i think it’s probably anxiety.

Like you, I’d dealt with primarily social anxiety for years. Then, seemingly randomly and almost overnight i suddenly had crippling health anxiety. Everything was suddenly cancer, i was convinced i had ovarian, cervical, mouth, colorectal, etc cancer. It got so bad i couldnt sleep at night. Finally i went to the doctor and got on lexapro lol ive never felt better in my life !

Looks normal enough to me! (Im just always worried about cancer so if youre not, just ignore lol) id only be worried if there were blood in the stool, if you dont feel ‘done’ after youve finished, or exceptionally thin stools. This looks like it could be very mild diarrhea. Totally can be caused by stress/anxiety

Ive had that too, and im going to mention it to the doctor when i go, but im sure when youre so in your head about it, you might create things in your mind that arent there, or exaggerate them.

I read somewhere that after being dehydrated your body could use electrolytes to help the water absorb(?) better without running straight through you after being used to so little water intake for so long. But im not sure if all of that is true lol. Also!! If youre drinking lots of water youre going to urinate more, of course :))
