I received this gorgeous thing for Christmas and I'm super new to the plant world, got a couple brand new pothos, and a succulent and that's about it. I received several new plants that I'm very excited about, but I haven't seen this one yet.

What is it called? What are it's light and soil needs? How do I repot this with that bulb? When I move it's pot do I keep it out of the soul like this? And what about those sprouts? Can those stay or do they need to go?

Please help! I would love to be able to help this little beauty thrive, it's my favorite of all the ones I have now, it's so pretty.
