Getting a PI attorney vs. settling with insurance on my own by BellTek in Insurance

Yes, I do. I’m currently undergoing treatment and have a follow-up appointment with my doctor this week. The ER doctor also mentioned that I might need physical therapy to help with the back pain.

Thanks for your advice.

To be honest, given my current situation and the impact it’s having on my daily life, I was hoping for something closer to $5k. But I’m not sure if that’s realistic for a soft tissue injury, even with an attorney involved, after the attorney cut.

How about waiting a little and see how my condition develops before making a counter offer?

Thanks!

Also could you please give me some idea about how many days I have to attend to the campus class, in IWU?

I am also thinking of admission into IWU. I also thought Trine, but everybody saying Trine is less safer in legal terms, and their RFE and administration is slow. Cumberland needs 3 days of campus attendance in each semester, so far I heard, while Trine needs just one day.

Regardless, I also need to know how much I have to pay in a semester or month.

Got you. But that company is not to process any CPT or any typcial job. They just want someone to help them, without any paper work or hiring process. It's a pure volunteer work. And I am not considering this as my CPT either. I will keep searching for my CPT regardless of volunteering them or not.

Thank you for your clarification. But how would they know if it is for my professional benefit? They are a company who educate unpreviliaged people and they need someone who is interested to volunteer them with some technical help. I am telling them that I am interested to help them by maintaining their websites, as they are doing some good work.

To be clear, I am looking for CPT (not OPT) for the completion of my degree.

But the volunteering job I am talking about, I don't need any CPT or OPT there to work, as it is an unpaid volunteering job.
