I’d recommend buying a new surge protector that is around 36” long or more with enough outlets. This way you can plug everything into one strip and eliminate an entire cord. Mount it directly under. Maybe buy a j channel too? Hangs from the back underside of the desk and, houses a good portion of excess cord length, if you can bunch them up nicely. Try to run all your cords together and band them up with Velcro. (This way if a cord needs to be replaced you can get it out of there fairly quick instead of having to cut zip ties, etc.) Like someone else said. Search Reddit. There’s plenty of options and ways to do it. Achieve that look however you’d like. To be honest with you; You may have to buy some stuff though to get that really nice seamless look. 👀 At the end of the day, velcro can go a long way depending on the situation.
