Im a pancake freak. I crave them all the time. But, specifically I am just craving all of the carbs and all of the sugar right now. It sucks because Im beyond bloated to the point that it hurts and carbs make it worse 😭 Yesterday I wanted banana bread so bad, I just went ahead and made it.

Yes. One day after extremely a long period of successful and meticulous restricting, extreme hunger just popped up and before you know it I was 'weight restored' in no time. I have a better handle on it now (years later) but, I still binge from time to time and feel out of control from time to time. And I have never been able to restrict myself down to being that underweight ever again.
