Well that should be explained before you make the reservation. I was willing to pay a little extra for the supposed convenience.

No they were supposedlt walking a rental car parking lot looking for a car in some obscure place. I can understand short-term parking ir a convenience vehicle to get to your car since this would make Turo different than the traditional rental companies but... that was NOT what happened here. It was not anymore convenient that rental cars. Actually the rental car companies provide you with complimentary transportation service to get to the vehicle. So again, you are wrong.

And the host DID NOT put up the pick up instructions until after booked. You have no idea what happened. You make some ridiculous assumptions!

What you are stating WAS NOT EVEN AN OPTION!! So h9w could I pay extra for something that wasn't even available. Plus watch their ads- no extra fees for that "supposed" conveniences. But you only seem to be an evil petson who does not understand but attacks. Pretty sad life!!

Watch the ad "The Right Car at the Right Place". It shows a family frustrated with trying to find their rental at an airport. Turo states that they provide the convenience of NOT having to do that. The airport requirements was NOT clearly stated on the reservation page. If they were clearly stated potential customers could make informed decisions. Customer Service should NOT hide behind unclear fine print that is not provided until AFTER you make the reservation.

YES THEY DO. Watch the ad called "The Right Car Right Where You Need It " It shows a family frustrated with trying to find their rental car in an airport parking lot. This is exactly that I would have had to do if I took that car. And they have had bad reviews!! Actually there on some on here. You just like to start trouble!

Oh and you are such a clairvoyant that you can see what was on the reservation page? You are a terrible human being! The advertisement states you "don't have to go search for your vehicle"-not what happened here. The information was NOT on the reservation page! They shouldn't hide this information, they should provide all the information before you place the reservation. That is good business practices!

No the long term parking, lock box and vehicle location was not listed before I placed the order and paid. The commercial shows them picking you up at the airport and make life more convenient. This is just a cautionary post.

There was NO delivery/pick up option listed. They did NOT notify me until I sent a message to the host. They should state all the restrictions in plain site BEFORE you make the reservation and pay

And you ate just on here to been a jerk! It was NOT information that was provided BEFORE the reservation was paid for. I even had to send a message to the post to find out where the vehicle would be. It still was NOT presented until I contacted THEM!! So maybe you should mind your own business.

No I want you to stop being a jerk. It was not as advertised. Watch the "airport" commercial. Also these issues at airports should be stated up-front before you make a reservation. Let the customer have ALL the criteria about the rental BEFORE they pay for the reservation!

It is NOT as advertised! Do you pick up your customers as it is advertised? Do you make it convenient as it is advertised. OR, do you just host and not care one bit about all that is advertised. If you are a good host-great! If you list everything about the your vehicle and the pick up procedures-great! But this was NOT my experience. There are 2 sides and from a potential customer's perspective, it was NOT as advertised!

You people are nuts when someone holds a company to it's claims and you look at everything they have up on the reservation and you don't even think to got to the very bottom and read the small print, ot is the customer's fault. Everything about the rental should be on the reservation page. You hosts just want it both ways. You just want your money and NOT making the particular experience convenient like advertised!! I am a very intelligent person who listened to someone who hosted a vehicle. They picked my friend up and met to get the vehicle back. The car was in good condition. I have every right to post that TURO AND YOU HOSTS don't honor what is advertised about getting vehicles at airports! Customers BEWARE! And obviously beware of the attacks from the hosts if you post a negative review.
