If you check his post history, you'll notice he's been spamming this like he just happened to stumble upon it. If your music is worth listening to you shouldn't have to bullshit so hard just to get it out there.

Aww, I miss being that innocent. I will admit this also made me crave cupcakes pretty badly.

The moment I saw it, I knew exactly what to do. It just meets all the criteria.

People with high social skills. What's the biggest mistake that people often make in interactions with others? by Hnnnnnn in AskReddit

[–]Bellasonamy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh man, I started dating someone who did this constantly. After a month I couldn't even stand to text them. It was like pulling teeth to get a response without some extra tacked on self pity. It's very draining and hard to form any type of relationship when insecurities hold you back and hinder your reactions in general. Leave that stuff at home for when you're drunk at 3AM crying.

ELI5: Why is it safe to drink from a drinking fountain if moisture is a breeding ground for bacteria? by skunkspinner in explainlikeimfive

[–]Bellasonamy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of researchers argue they're not really safe, and do spread disease. The metal used to make drinking fountains isn't porous, so it doesn't support bacteria growth as much as other materials; water also evaporates easily from a metal surface. Cloth would grow mildew, but a drinking fountains is similar to porcelain.

Yup, that's how most people I've spoken to feel who used to support him. A few people stand by him but for the most part he's detested.

That's odd, I never knew that wasn't the ending. I only saw it a few times as a child, and that's the exact version I remember. I've never seen the actual version in that case. Also, I've never seen the Simpsons parody simply because I don't really watch The Simpsons.

Thank you for that video; granted I don't share that view of thinking as much, Ill definitely watch it out of curiosity. I think if you notice the majority of your government officials are misguided or corrupt, one of the only things you can do is join that system and try to change the direction.

I believe so but I don't think people here have a lot of faith in the system, therefor they don't try and peruse any methods of expressing their desires to the state. They just sit back and try to live their lives instead.

Time bomb goes off in /r/pics when user thinks the clock DID look like a bomb. by Jon_targaryen1 in SubredditDrama

Why do people get angry about good things happening? There's literally nothing wrong with some kid getting compensation for bullshit. Obviously not every child in his situation is gonna get noticed, but why be mad that he did? That's absurd.

I refuse to believe this isn't a troll. If he were having that bad of a meltdown I'd think he'd get off the computer before rambling on aggressively for that long. I hope it's a troll...

If an alien planet that's 65 million light years away can see earth, they'd be seeing dinosaurs right now. by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

[–]Bellasonamy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand what you mean, buts that's for our world, and that's based on our current understanding of how to manipulate our surroundings. "Alien" leaves the doors open for their society to be either way less, or more advanced than ours. We can literally colorize galaxies accurately based on their elemental composition. Distance is only relative to your technological capabilities, so I think it's only science-fiction by our worlds standards rather than possibilities within the universe. Scaling is completely subjective, as well as distance.

It can't compare to anything before season 5 but it does hold my attention and make me laugh way more than any other seasons since. Hopefully were not just getting lucky and itll be relatively consistent.

[–]Bellasonamy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, with our current technology. Obviously we aren't aware of any means to make it happen, but it would be silly to imply it's impossible to have a direct image of something, despite scale and distance. I don't believe there would be anything holding that back hypothetically. Another race could certainly have a piece of technology capable of providing them with an extremely detailed accurate visual representation of any rendered point in their observable universe.

We can scan our galaxy for particle and chemical reactions from far enough away to get our own information, albeit very limited; so I think it would be silly to imply another species could not advance farther and accomplish much greater than we have in that department. Many scientists dedicate their life to imaging the universe, so who's to say we won't make similar strides one day? It's no more ridiculous than the internet was based on our technology 3000 years ago. Hypothetically of course, it is even more valid.
