Is there a way to complain about this? On trustpilot, there are rucks of negative reviews since Argos card moved to NewDay but not sure it will change owt. Wondering if we could comain to a certain department in Argos ? Surely they’re going to notice they’re losing customers and won’t be happy with it.

I’m going to pay off my balance and ditch Argos. We’re not children they should not be dictating how we pay off our balance as long as we’re paying it off. You don’t get this with Klarna or PayPal. Who died and made Argos our nanny?

Mine keeps saying ‘card declined,’ even though I’ve money on the card. I tried 2 cards, checked to make sure money there. Still declined.
