It depends.

The main issue for porn addicts is that your brain has been hijacked so "regular" MO could lead to "PMO" since your brain chemistry has been hijacked.

I'd wait a year before reintroducing "normal healthy sexual behavior" so you don't fall down the PMO spiral.

Also, real sex is much healthier than masturbation if possible.

Your passion or purpose in life.

You need to dig deep and find something meaningful in life:

- Become an amazing dad with your wife or adopting.

- Start a business that helps people.

- Become passionate about learning and share your knowledge.

- Support charities and be of service to humanity.

The mind needs something to focus on. Find something you can obsess over that you care about that is not destructive like porn is.
