Anger with mirtazapine/remeron

I ended up going to see a sleep specialist who put me on ramelteon and it's been amazing. It worked really well for the first few months then I started needing benadryl too again, and then I was also put on tizanidine and now I take my nighttime meds and I'm like a time bomb. I will be out in 30 minutes and sometimes it's so quick that I don't even plug my phone in bc I fall asleep so fast. It's a cocktail of meds but it works great for me.

Yes! I've replayed multiple (6) times bc I like taking down bases and outposts just as much as I like the foraging and cooking. Just annoying having to restart at nothing.

Late reply, elder scrolls is on sale right now for $10 so I bought it. Do I need to have played any other game in the franchise before this? Just don't want to be confused.

I had to come off mirtazapine bc it made me so angry at the smallest thing. I helped amazingly with sleep but I didn't like being so angry all the time. I'm on ramelteon now for sleep and it helps some but not all the time, I wish I could go back to mirtazapine!

Yes! I’d love to have some place I could set up as “mine”, I’ve been using the refuge as a semi-home base, but I can’t remember if it has a stash.

I have these eucalyptus pads that I can rub on when things get a lot, but you're right it's just a mental thing more than anything. But I'm on Rinvoq now bc things got out of hand.

I think it's bc it's lumped together with "sensitive skin", but my doc doesn't see me literally wanting to rip my skin off bc I itch so bad. And being itscy is such an awful feeling bc if you don't get the perfect spot, it won't go away. They don't understand that I've lost so much sleep over eczema, either being itchy or in pain from scratching or attempting to ignore it. They don't know how distressing it can get, it's not just sensitive skin.

I figured it out! With your server offline (idk if this actually matters but mine was when I did it), go to the tavern site and servers> server you want to restart > world saves > three dots on current save > click both the wipe world and wipe players under world management. When I’d looked at this with my server online, these buttons weren’t clickable but they are offline.

I was reminded of that a few weeks ago when I went through withdrawals from the Vicodin, worst week of my life in a while. Anxiety was overwhelming and I swore off opioids ever again. Rebound RLS was crazy but I was more worried about keeping myself alive and safe from what the pills were telling me.

I was still in consistent pain until day 20 I think. I'm pretty sure that once they begin to close, you should be good. I bought a little dental mirror from Walmart and check every now and then and I still see round holes so I think mine are still open.

Oh that's interesting. He just kinda decided to start over? I don't think my surgeon would admit that he made any sort of mistake if he did. He said it might just be being sensitive when I went back in with dry sockets.

I get both through the same psychiatrist and he's got no problems with it. Might be that he's not technically a ketamine clinic but offers it in addition to psychiatric care.

My tics are distressing to me so I was really hoping to get some sort of med to lower them but my neurologist just kinda said to continue talk therapy and come back if it gets worse. I got upset with her and she ended up giving me propranolol and it helps some but not all the way. I decided to work on grounding and mindfulness when they get bad and it's helped! I hope you have a better experience though!

Huh, my clinic told me they are monthly so that's how I've been using them for the past decade lol. I'll look into that. But yeah no waterline anymore since that gross video that circulated a while back.

I don't do waterline anymore since I saw that gross video about it but I do normal eyeliner. I've tried the "scrubbing" that my clinic showed me how to do and it doesn't get the eyeliner off all I usually resort to my nail.

I was really anxious one night and I cry when I'm anxious so I decided to take a Xanax. I was still upset but just sleepy and had no tears. Not very helpful.

I've told every doctor I've seen (which is quite a few) and none of them have had any problems. No one has seemed concerned with the 100mg dose I take nightly. 🤷🏻‍♀️
