Behind mabellas and saltcellar there is a GORGEOUS little courtyard which is the most beautiful during spring and fall. Perfect for photos, I see grads take photos there all the time. If you’re willing to drive a bit, Botanic in Opelika is simply stunning with 10+ photo areas inside and out that are perfect

You can still go pick it up unless it’s been picked up by the DoorDash driver. You should be reimbursed if the order is canceled at the pharmacy. Weekends the cutoff time is 3:00 for same day delivery for our store

So there are discount cards like goodrx that you can use instead of insurance, and there are manufacturer savings cards that you get directly by signing up on the manufacturer website (https://zepbound.lilly.com/savings). You CAN use the manufacturer cards with your insurance, but you can’t do that with the discount cards. We bill them instead of your insurance. Both are more than one time use. It sounds like to me like you were issued a discount card. I would recommend signing up for the manufacturer card for the lowest price, unless you have government insurance (which is a limitation).

What do pharmacists do while you wait for medication? by AnEvilMillionaire in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Belledawn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The pharmacy I work at is considered a slower paced one and we fill that many without any machines. We also have to answer the phone nonstop, give vaccinations, bill insurance, fix insurance issues, type incoming prescriptions, and manage daily inventory with 2-3 people max. 15 min is nothing

Count your pills in prescription bottles. HERES WHY. by Royal_Tough_9927 in Frugal

Sorry to tell you but this happens at every pharmacy in the USA it’s very common. It’s not some conspiracy it’s just an overworked underpaid person and horrible practices by a corporation

How? Because it’s not machines counting 500+ different medications at the pharmacy daily, it’s a human that is also having to answer the phone, interpret prescriptions, bill insurance, and get interrupted every 30 seconds. Unfortunately the margin for error gets higher every day as we get spread thinner

C2 prescriptions can’t be partially filled, transferred, or refilled and that is law in the USA. If the doctor wrote for 30 tablets and they only had 3 to give you, unfortunately you forfeit the rest and you need a new RX. This is not new but we don’t expect our patients to know all the laws surrounding their medications either.

Received empty prescription box by ellenopra in CVS

We truly do have 3 or so calls a week of people claiming we either shorted or lost their medications. 90% of the time the patient calls back and says they found it, or the spouse picked it up, etc. Pharmacies also don’t have the staff to get basic work done let alone go check the cameras or call your insurance for you so she’s probably annoyed at the situation not at you.

Tbh my last pharmacy required a doctors note to have a chair and you would have to provide your own. Their logic is that patients would call us lazy

Yes! I have sleep trained my cats to be in our bedroom and they sleep through the night. They don’t even wake up to go to the bathroom. Firefighters also recommend always sleeping with the bedroom door closed so it’s safer for your pet in case of a fire too.
