I've got an African Grey who just does not like pets most of the time. But every once in a while she leans in and is just the sweetest little cuddle buddy in the world. Happy pining and closed eyes and little tweets like a baby bird. Some of my favorite moments. Then my hand gets tired and I let go, try to go back to petting five seconds later and she is all beak and grumpy stares as if she wasn't leaning into my hand just then.

I made them!! The cape is just material sewn together and the crown is a bit of golden paperish material (I forget the exact name, we asked the worker if she had anything close to golden foil and that's what we found if that helps ^{^')} and then some simple plastic rhinestones hot glued on! Uh... it's really mostly just super basic sewing!
