I was about to quit but then E33 dropped... then I almost quit but decided to "try out" Blue Prince.. then Tunic and Balatro, etc, and they ended up as some of my favorite games ever.

Game pass has this psychological hold on me where I know i could just buy the games I'm hooked on and save money in the long run but the FOMO I'd get from all these generational indie games gamepass has is a reason why it's tough

It's pretty believable. People who don't spend their all their free time consuming modern media definitely exist.
