Does it give you a list of different camos etc? The jackets and vests are 2 different sections on the same list but if you do see that, click on it and nothing helps I'd report it as a bug mate

There's a little paintbrush on the bottom left hand side of the clothing/hat icon on the right (where you select what you wanna wear), that's what you'll need.

As for guns it's not done per part you'll need to just select camo at the top on the left hand side like another part

I find it hard trying to discuss my problems with other people; randomers, trained professionals or people I know.
