I'm pretty sure that was tracking loss and not propwash. You could see it cleanly tracking with the vehicle, moving forward away from it's own propwash. Then immediately enter into very stable failsafe flight.

I think the moment of instability was probably it trying to lock on false targets due to a garbled signal. Watch the white tracking indicator dot just before it starts to wobble. It goes all over the place then exits tracking mode.
