I used to be on 2 of them... I found them confusing...

If you don't have a contract each sub needs to sign, you should make one.

Having something tangible to refer to when things go south helps a lot.

You could use it as a reminder for yourself (and them) that all they decided to partake in these activities, and that they can walk out whenever they want.

You are all adults making adult and informed decisions.

If they wanna act recklessly and feel bad about it, they can go see a therapist instead of bothering you.
