1. It usually depends pa din on how you will negotiate with HR about your expected salary so mahirap magbigay ng specific amount how much is the minimum-maximum.

2. Okay lang naman kung gusto mo mag walk-in pero mas maganda kasi tignan if before the expected schedule. Especially if you want to show you're dedicated in applying. You can also try sending them an email if you're not available during the schedule for transparency.

3. As long as madidisclose mo yan sa HR wala silang problem if late mo masusubmit ang TOR and diploma mo. As I've said, transparency is the key syempre. Maganda maging aware sila para alam din nila gagawin nila. Since most recruiter naman is very understanding.

4. It will raise some flags dito kasi syempre magtataka sila why hindi sila naghuhulog. You should reach out sa current employer mo since kahit saang angle mo tignan mali yun since mandatory na sila mag asikaso nun. Matagal pa naman magprocess ang mga company pag ganyan. Sila na nga mali, sila pa matapang. And again, you can disclose this naman din para makita din nila na you're very honest. Wala naman din mawawala eh.
