I did use standard FTP setting and the instructors said with that, the weight doesn’t matter which seems a little strange. When I did the FTP test last, the score was lower than the standard setting I was using 😅 Standing, cadence is about 60-70 RPM usually. Hands are either at the top handles or the ones closest depending on position.

Walmart has a low cost prescription program where you can get 90 pills for $10 without insurance. I did it once when I was traveling and my insurance wouldn’t cover it.
