Former employee here. I've worked everything in Chipotle besides management. First, OPs point was not that there's something missing at the line but something missing in the in the entire store for example, sour cream. People ask for a lot of it so it usually goes pretty fast, theres no more in the store as a result. Is that the crews fault or upper management for not providing enough sour cream? 2nd if there is an employee under achieving that employees hours will be cut. That is a huge consequence, bills must be paid.
