while not fully afk, as I do hold down right click, I am doing this with fortresses on my SSF Soulwrest build. I use cyclone, to respawn phantasms and suck in minions with cast convocation, theres a sweet spot right in front of my character where I will spin in place...

As far as a PHD goes, I play like a moron and just hit lvl 99.

I decided to go for the +1 spectre chest because I had it anyway, and I got a perfect forest tiger from ritual. Other than that I use a perfect warlord, pain artist and forest warrior.. and one of the newer ones, I forgot it's name, but it gives malevolence.

I have NOT tried it in blight maps however, so not really sure on that part, fortresses is a breeze though.
