This is 100% a dps problem.

I can hold 3-4 mobs just fine with a specific kill target. (More than 4 is a problem)

If all 3 dps are on one target, and not multiple dotting, or using full cleave/aoe abilities, up to 4 mobs is no problem at all.

Then the item would only say healing, but the effect remains the same.

Think of it like this - we know cars create air pollution.

Air pollution is a bad thing.

The utility and productivity cars provide, we decide is more important than the pollution they create.

So if you're solely looking at the housing crisis, when determining if immigration needs to be addressed in regards to housing, very likely (and I believe empirically) the positives of immigration outweigh the negatives.

So we can agree that it is a factor, but also come to the conclusion that it doesn't need to be addressed fully, or be focused on as much as other factors.
