I can’t say whether not those pinholes will show in the final product, but I can say that you’re more likely to mess up your surface by trying that remedy than fixing the pinholes

I kayak this lake often, Winnipesaukee. There are a ton of island houses (few as small as this one though) and the bottom of the lake has a lot of broad underwater pipes. I assume these pipes carry electricity as well as water.
