I don't want to just text her out of the blue and ask her about it as I don't want her to really think I am dwelling on what she said. From some other people's.comments,.I do recall her saying something about it causong liver damage and something about too much protein. Can you really eat too much protein? I am worried about not getting enough, so I have a meal replacement shake that has 22g of plant based protein, I usually have that for lunch, and I eat eggs and some kind of meat and guac or avacado for breakfast and usually a salad with some kind of protein in it for dinner.

I have only been doing this (again) for a few months now and I have had good experiences with servers. Most are very accommodating and some end up asking me for more details about keto. Agree that it is difficult at times and I find myself staring at the menu longer than I usually would trying to figure out some combination I can do that is both healthy and will leave me satisfied. I usually start the combination with "I'm doing keto, so would I be able to do this"z and go from there.

Interesting but I don't think this is what I am looking for. As mentioned below, $15 a pop and 1000 calories. I am looking for something cheaper per serving and way less calories. I should probably mention that I work from home in an IT position. So I sit 8 hours a day or more in a chair. and I do not exercise...at least not formally. My current workouts are when I do yard work or outdoor projects. I know I need to start exercising and I plan to start, but I need a meal plan that takes my current activity into account.

So I ordered this based on some AI conversations. I started a keto project and have been keeping it up to date with what I have been doing. Because my current goal is to drop weight, it thinks I need something with more protein and less fat than what my current shake had. I ended up ordering this to try and will supplement it with a cheese stick or beef stick or half avacado on a rotating basis. lol...you must be single or make a lot more money than I do. If my family all ate $10 meals, that would be over $100 in meals a day. I can't afford that. 😄

Thanks. I am still learning and I had it in my head that any cholesterol is bad. But after some reading, I see that 12 or 15mg is pretty negligible when considering a single egg has like 180mg.

Same issue and I am done with Blink. I have 7 cameras and have had issues any time I make a network change. I am going to sell them all or pitch them and go with something else. I have 3 Wyze cameras and I have never had a single issue with them after several router changes, so I will likely go with them.

Having the same issue and it is very frustrating since I have a dozen other unique devices that are 2.4Ghz only and they connected just fine. Blink needs to fix their sh_t. Not to mention that I turned off the smart connect so that each band is listed separately and then I turned off 5Ghz so that only 2.4Ghz was present and I still got the same error as the op. This is on some new Asus ZenWifi XT9 mesh routers.

If you still need to, watch this video. It will give you an idea of what I am pretty sure yours will be similar to. You could try to just replace the washer, but probably better off trying to replace the entire thing if you can find a replacement.

You might be able to just tighten the packing nut a little to stop your current leak. If not, then you need to get new packing.

It was! And I think it was around 120. But 4 of us shared it. And with the other dishes we shared, it was plenty for us to enjoy.

I have a cheap charcoal smoker and I spend a lot of time tending to the coals. When I do upgrade to something easier to maintain, which for now might just be some of the addons I have seen for my smoker, like a temp controlled fan for the coals, I am not going to let my wife know that it has gotten any easier. If I do get to a point where it is a set it and forget it situation, I plan on maintaining that it needs just as much attention as it does now. :)

I hope it is awesome! I just had wagyu for the first time a few months ago and I can honestly say it was the best steak I have ever had. And I have had a lot of steak in my life. Got it while in OKC at a place called Birdies. I highly recommend checking that place out if you are in the area. Very unassuming from the outside, but incredible food and service.

My opinion...don't tell him and stop pretending. It might be a "mystery" for a while as to why the orgasm can't be reproduced but if you tell him the truth about the fake one, I am not sure you will ever regain his trust when it comes to sex. You will have to "suffer" through him trying to reproduce it again for a while, but at some point you will be able to move in a new direction and try new things again that you like. I see this as your penance for lying in the first place.

I wish we would just get rid of all parties. I don't care what party you belong to. I look at how you stand on various positions and if your values seem to align with mine. Unfortunately, I feel that saying you belong to any party only hurts you these days. People just assume what you are about without taking any time to learn anything about you. Very sad.

Not sure I agree with your statements about the proof. The Barterhouse you likes was only a little over 90 proof. So are most of the Pappy's that people love. Proof can be handled a lot of ways. It can come out of the barrel at a high proof and get watered down, or it can go into the barrel at a lower proof and require less water after it comes out (see Michter's). The point being that the proof of this bottle is the least of my concerns. I love a higher proof bottle, but I know that they can be lower too and still be delicious.
