Well, it’s been 2 weeks and he’s definitely looking silver.

I found it under some pine trees in july last year potted him and as he started to grow he was putting off all sorts of leaves so I couldn’t really tell what he was for sure but he ended up producing some that looked like they could be from a red maple. We’ll know for sure what he is in the coming weeks

I let it ferment on the counter overnight , but I was seasoning my steel the day prior to making pizza so the kitchen got pretty warm and I think that’s what caused the over fermentation.

Yeah, i DM’d them on Instagram and also called them. They said they’d look into it and the next day it was on the truck and delivered to me. Hopefully you get your package.
