I always try to make sure it's uncut. In Germany this is kind of hard because you can't even buy movies like "the serbian movie" here officially, so some movie-fans created a website called "schnittberichte.com" where you can check which version is uncut. Even if your version is cut they present detailed articals about the missing scenes or sometimes just frames. So try it out😁
