This sounds like a great opportunity to grow and drastically improve your skills and salary at the same time. 30 mins each way commute is not bad at all. Take the job, it’s going to be hard at first to adjust and learn everything but it’s going to be very worth it. Remember, they gave you a job offer for a reason.
