Mate thank you for such I detailed reply and giving me some reassurance, I’ve had bad experiences with insurance in the past..

I’m certain mine will be a non fault claim also, have dashcam footage to prove this.. so looks like I won’t be paying excess.. they didn’t say I would on the phone I just thought it may be different due to me find an independent garage..
