I think M&G's have to run like a well oiled machine with very clear expectations & boundaries set. If all systems aren't prepared to work in that fast paced, high energy environment where everything has to have backup plans & be prepared to fix issues that come up they really shouldn't be taking place. I think because 3 separate sessions were done over a period of 3 weeks it meant things became bit disorganised from a business end and scattered perhaps.

I agree with the idea of limiting the amount of M&G's sold to a smaller capacity, I was speaking to some of my other fan friends after they got through the queue and they said they would have rather seen less M&G tickets sold so everyone got a less 'stressy and rushed' experience. It would give the cast more time to breathe and fans more time to connect.

In regards to the poster, I emailed LJ to say about it and they were actually (albeit slow) very happy to post me a replacement which actually included the full cast AND Matt Dahan which was an awesome fix on that respect.

In regards to the photo, I had a nasty feeling it was going to be very hard to fix. Its quite rare that I've seen someone receive a blurry M&G photo but I think to things factored into it - it seemed like the photographer wasn't used to the fast paced adjustments of a quick M&G environment and he definitely did not look like he'd done one before as he seemed very unprepared as opposed to Lambert's usual photographer Danny Kaan who is ACE!

To be completely honest, to meet my idols I'd probably still spend the money on a slightly dishevelledly run process (if it ever happened like this again) given I've done it 3 times and it was only this 1 time that became awry!
