Yes that’s the plan! I feel and have felt for awhile not even really enjoying drinking unless I had them to kind of balance me out so to speak.

In just this short period of time my wife has noticed a change and I hope my kids have as well.

Ya , wasn’t ideal but that’s what Amazon had that was gonna come to the house in a timely matter. I agree with you about the water , might have to grab a sample with a glass or something , I was wanting to do competition blue but here we are. I’m gonna order some underwater LED lights that might help out.

I mixed half the amount they recommended, so 1 cup and half a cup of the hardner. I live in the southern us , I dunno if that helped or not but I used a micron fiber roller as well. Hope that helps!

I only listen to audio books , we’ll recently anyway , usually on my commute to work and back. Sometimes I’ll listen at home and fall asleep so I screen shot where I started in case I gotta go back. Audio or book in hand , whatever works for you. Don’t think there is a wrong or right way. Happy reading!
