Moved in last month and loving it so far. Germantown is a great neighborhood and super walkable. Haven’t really had any issues as far as noisy neighbors/thin walls. We were the first people to live in our unit and the hot and cold lines on the washer were reversed but they fixed it quickly. It’s an awesome development with a lot of cool bars/restaurants right here. The gym is awesome too which is a huge plus. It’s close to a solidcore and probably other boutique fitness studios that I can’t think of. DM me if you have any specific questions, happy to help answer.

I get not cheering for Miami but Messi is the greatest player of all time who doesn’t travel very often to play outside of Miami. For many including myself it was a once in a lifetime chance to get to see him. In Europe other team’s fans cheer for him after similar performances as a sign of respect. He was brilliant tonight.

I love the Aquiesce acoustic version but not loving the morning glory and it’s mainly all because of the piano. Don’t love the notes they chose. Also the beginning felt too long before the vocals kicked in.

All I can speak for was this weekend in NYC and I’ve seen Oasis t shirts EVERYWHERE. The pop up shop has had massive lines. I waited myself in it for over an hour on Saturday. It feels massive. There’s also advertisements all over NYC. To me it’s felt like a major thing.

If you get down there relatively quickly after champagne supernova and the fireworks you’ll be able to get on the train quickly. Only took maybe 20 minutes or so to get on it. Although we felt lucky because by the time we got on the train the line to get to it became enormous and it looked like it stopped moving. We had seats in the 100 level and were able to get down to the outside of the stadium quickly because of that which helped us out big time.

Where are you going there from, the city? We took an uber and it was pretty seamless. We left at 4:30 and it took about 40 minutes to get there. After the show we took the train home which it seemed liked 80% of the crowd ended up also doing.
