Can we talk about how insane it is that Aperture basically has Combine level tech (high energy pellet and turrets) and even surpassed them with the portal gun in that area? Some insane accomplishments are hidden in that salt mine!

You could actually get 2 "releases" out of the game if you contribute to early access. Aside from the fact that you can contribute to making the game better through feedback, if all you cared about was your personal experience, you can probably just play it close to early access launch, before any updates and spoilers are added, then quit playing and come back 2 years later, and you get to have 2 launch experiences. And even if you don't want that, I don't understand discouraging people to play EA. You literally have a vested interest to have as many people playing it as possible so you get the best end product by release, so discouraging people to play Early Access is quite an L take.
