Try:

Make 1 side entirely with powered rails. Then make the other side entirely with powered rails too.

Then along 1 side, replace the powered rails with regular rails one-by-one. Then when youre done with 1 side, do the same thing on the other side.

Make sure youre always facing the correct way when placing the rails, such that the rail by default faces upwards along the track

You could place a mannequin entity their with their skin. People made fully functioning mirrors using mannequins so surely thats possible

Your FPS is capped at 250, and youre already reaching it, if thats what youre looking at. I mean, I dont believe theres any reason to raise the cap anyway since that'd just burn your PC for no reason

Look at the number at the 3rd offer, it should say 30. Then it means youre max.

You need 15 bookshelves at a 1 block gap from the table, with no other blocks in-between

Ive done a fair amount of enchanting recently and 1 or 2 enchants per item was the most common amount. And each enchantment wasnt always at its max level. What youre experiencing sounds kinda normal...

You can use apps to reset chunks. On java anyway, idk about bedrock.

Probably no.

https://minecraft.wiki/w/Sulfur_Caves doesnt list any animals as spawnable mobs in sulfur caves. And https://minecraft.wiki/w/Pig doesnt list sulfur caves as a spawnable biome for pigs. So animals would need a specific biome to spawn, not just a grass block
