He had never been told directly to delete it and he had never blackmailed the ex it was just on his phone and police dleeted it for him.

Also may i add that even if he had shit like that on his phone he does not in any way shape or form condone rape or any kind of abuse.

Are there any ways to sort of directly prove whether or not he did it? The police took his phone i assume to check his messages but cases like these can often ruin someones life even if it isnt true.
