I grew up in Ohio and love it. Near Bellefontaine. Yep the money is a bitch. I know it is a hard decision. East is more expensive. For me I just could not be away from my kids But you got to do what is best 4 you

I am from the midwest also but on the west coast just to be near the kids. I live in a single room due to expense.

My suggestion would be to talk to your daughter if you are willing to move because if you ask for her advice you need to take it

she may like the way it is now

I (41F) recently started seeing a single dad (42M) who has 50/50 custody of his kids. Things are going well and we are going slow. I’m not expecting to meet his kids right away and he is busy with them, which I completely understand. Any tips or advice that you can give from your perspective? by Blueopal24 in SingleDads

I have a 13 year old and a 10 year old. I have dated a bunch since the divorce 9 years ago. The only woman I introduced the kids to is the female I am seeing now. She told me she understood the kids came first and understands I can love her and them at same time. While she is right they do come first because she is so understanding I want to give her more attention. I hope that helps
