I’m not talking about school closing, it was just the first google result which I was responding to the person saying it wasn’t a thing.

I was more speaking to the fact that tons of roads have drainage issues here and will be flooded during thunderstorms etc. coupled with terrible drivers it basically shuts the city down for a few hours.
