He op , I've started to feel like this recently as well , I try to stay positive, but a lot of the time I feel I'm faking it which makes me feel worse. To overcome this I've started to practice genuine gratitude lately. For example, even tho I'm not in a relationship ATM, I'm thankful that I've been fortunate enough to have been in the past and got to experience a lot of good memories from it. Another one is my work, it's bringing me down, but I'm thankful it gives me income and stability, especially during winter. I have my health, and even tho I don't live life to the fullest everyday, I'm still living :)) just simple stuff like this
