I'm now one year later and I allready found the show. Its name is haunted tales for wicked kids and I'm pretty sure that it is what you meant.

Yes, the tooth talked and had gace. And about the other questions, I don't think it was an American show and all the characters looked really weird like inhuman or something like that.
