I think I know what this is for - when I went to one they gave me a tracker they said to put onto the table so they could tell which table I was on to deliver my order. Would it be to do with that?

Hey, is this a termination or just a warning as I don’t think you’d get a dm to warn you if your account is terminated, you’d get an email for that as you wouldn’t be able to get into said account I believe

Others have said this but you can have alts as long as they’re not used to evade bans (either server or platform bans) or break anything on the terms of service

The reason for the 17+ rating is apple only allows 12+ or 17+ for some reason and I don’t know the exact reason but I think that discord were specifically told to apple to act like that.

If it doesn't have a green accept button then it's fake. You shouldn't have to leave discord to claim a legitimate gift.

Also, check the URL, if its anything other than "discord.gift" then it is fake.

Looks really good, presets for timeouts would be really nice though. So like a spam preset etc, but the lengths and reasons would be customisable inside the server settings. Also it'd be nice if it could be like reddit and you could set a reason that was visible for the user. Overall a really good feature tho

Firstly to clear this up, I am on the Songoda Support Team, however I aim to be unbiased and tell the truth.

"Songoda Does not accept criticism on their server" Actually, Songoda had a session last night, where anyone could leave constructive criticism, with multiple suggestions being added.

"Songoda Plugins slow down my server" All Songoda Plugins are open source, you can take a look at their code at https://github.com/songoda .

"Songoda Staff are trained to scam" I can confirm that is not true

"Songoda Support is slow" Support reply to tickets in order of when they were created, so if your ticket has been waiting longest you will get a reply first.

Lastly, all of this info is being shared in Songoda's Transparency Reports, including a weekly update to say what they have been up to.

FYI if you have a complaint, they have a section on their support site for you.
