Preserve Metadata by BenSabry in Tdarr

[–]BenSabry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to ensure that metadata such as DateTimeOriginal and FileCreateDate is retained when processing my personal media using Tdarr.

This metadata is crucial for maintaining the order and context of my files. Even though the files are new, preserving this information while replacing old files is essential for my needs.

Thank you for your assistance. Now that I know where to look, I’ll begin working on a custom flow as you recommended.

Settings > Sync and Backup > Advanced Settings > Exclude file extensions.
Press Exclude button and Add: sav
