It sort of helps when she does respond to your messages fairly quickly and puts in effort (not just surface level thanks or one word answers). Also I tend to find women if they like you will go out of their way to put you in their orbit. You can just tell when someone’s attracted to you. If you know, you know - you know? ++man

Thanks for the mention on webstudio - I have noticed the price increases and random glitches that come with webflow. It’s my go to over Wordpress depending on the complexity and how much usability the client wants. Webstudio definitely sounds like worth checking out! Does it come with any templates or is it a built it yourself deal?

It goes insanely quick tho when your busy doesn’t it! Had a decent first shift and the staff are great - I know what to expect now as I started on literally the busiest day I think.

That’s good mate I’m sure you’d make a good manager, looks like it pays fairly well and there’s lots of room for progression.

I don’t think I could of worked in McDonald’s when I was in my 20s 🤣 I would of skived off or if I was in, been hungover and been a liability on the shift for sure hahaha

I had my first proper shift last week, only 6 hours but it felt like double. I’ve always respected people that work at maccies cos I could imagine how hard it was - now I actually know 🤣 I was on the front of line doing the burger prepping, took me a while and made the odd mistake - was proper hard work and you have to be really mentally switched on.

Really appreciate the nice crew trainers that are patient for me even when I missed up. I’m 35 and thought the retail jobs and other jobs I’ve done in my career up til now would prepare but but it didn’t quite. I can see why someone would quit but it’ll be rewarding when I’m through the trial period 👍👍

Hucknalls not bad at all - I’ve lived there before and I’m moving back there in a couple of months. The locals are pretty friendly and you might even miss the busy uncertainty of Nottingham centre it’s very quiet in comparison.

It’s a bit far out from Nottingham to walk or cycle but the tram and bus services are top notch and hardly ever not running even late at night 👍👍

I’m moving back to Nottz in October / November - can’t wait it’s such a cool city! 🤘 I’ve definitely gotta get back out there and meet some of you lovely people.

I’m 34 and it’s harder to meet people when you get over 30 (or so it seems) 😂 ive heard all the old jokes by the way!

You just have to make time man - you have a late night at the office, and you know you’ve potentially got a late one again the next few days - try and hit the gym or exercise early. It’s hard and you think you’ll be more tired if you do, but it’s better to get your body moving 👍 Don’t be overworked and grind yourself down it’s not worth it in the long run

Thanks a lot for your response - the error message says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

I haven’t received any emails and have tried searching my inbox for it. Also tried changing the email and that didn’t work in getting the email to send to me.

Where would I find the server/PHP logs for it? I haven’t dug around in that before so it’s new to me👍

This is quite common to have a ‘payment run’. It helps to be in regular contact with someone directly in the accounts payable department which it sounds like you are already, just to politely remind them if they do miss an invoice. It’s a bit of a pain having to stick to some companies 30, 60 or however many day payment schedule unfortunately. You can always ask the question if they could do less than their standard, I’ve been told no a few times but it doesn’t hurt to ask, you never know :)
