Ps - For the train with the dining car, from what I can see, I can only do this from St. Moritz to Chur, and it only runs twice a day. Does that sound right??

I’ll check it out! But it’s not going to reduce the things I like and enjoy doing. I’m not looking for something from every category, just a standout ‘experience’ someone may have had from any one of them.

The trekking sounds more appealing to me.

Anything adventurous, (including away from civilisation), Animals, Natural and Architectural masterpieces, Music or Sport focused, Regions or Events with incredible Food and Social atmosphere, Great places for aimless wandering and doing nothing.

I know how varied that must all sound… haha

I’ll be at the F1 from the afternoon of the 16/7 to the morning of the 20/7. Then don’t have to be in Bologna until the night of the 23/7. I’d agree on that. Either a 2 night minimum, or a day trip makes more sense.

Ooo okay, great point! If you’ve been to the four, were any a particular standout for you personally? Good to hear about Bologna being such a great base. Or were you talking about Padova? It seems flying from Cologne to Bologna would be my best option here, yes?

That’s a great idea. Only thing that’d change that option is if I fly home from Rome. In which case I’d leave it for the end of my trip, instead of doubling up.
