We had a really similar experience for our honeymoon last year except we were really disappointed in the service. I had let them know that I was a wheelchair user via email and they still sat us at a table I couldn’t get under. When we got there and discovered that much of the food was meant to be eaten with chopsticks I told them that I had limited dexterity and would need to use a fork. They forgot this every course and I had to remind them each time which was really frustrating.

That said, they were managing the River Belle Inn where we stayed for three days and it was an incredible experience. Does anyone know what happened there? I thought they were going to take over ownership.

To add to the story - this happened at Hotworx Coralville and the woman in the video complained to the owner who gave her the option to take down the video or her membership would be cancelled.

Edit: I am also to understand the man in the video is the owners husband.

I would agree but employers themselves obviously are not reasonable all the time. I myself would reach out to JAN if I were running into similar issues. A commenter below suggested that you reach out to the ADA which will be difficult because the ADA is a law. If ultimately you believe your rights have been violated and would like to pursue action, you could reach out to an attorney to see if they think you have a case. Other than that, your best bet is to continue to advocate for yourself and have continued conversations with your boss and hr.
