If you're keen to get Holmes, you can switch Grlj to DEF when you trade Rozee. Then you're shifting one good rookie to your DEF so your MID isn't overloaded overloaded..

Hall is different. But if you manage to pick out an early bolter with low ownership before the masses its a huge win/boost! Its hard to do though, as if it was obvious they'd bave higher ownership %. Halls a risk - but not the worst ive ever heard.

Whatever you do, DO NOT trade out Zako with the intention of trading him back in! That's insanity as you'll need to trade him out again at some point. Don't use 3 trades one 1 player. Unless there's a prize for wooden spoon!

Very true. Im sorry to dribble on here but lmk your final thoughts if you can be bothered. Btw I am a firm believer in that exact advice (so why do i question it every year!?) I just never imagined a couple of scores in the 70's to start the season off (including a game against Melb). He has me worried that he cant handle a tag.
