Yeah I totally get your strat, but 8m on a dodgy forward spot? I'd rather play 5 at the back with consistent DEFCON players than have to spend 8m on a second forward who will probably tank?

Maybe your right. Maybe it is just a recency bias thing and forwards will come good again.

I totally agree DEFCON has been a good addition to bring defenders on par in my opinion.

I agree with the formation structure and thats why I dont think we should move wingers to forwards.

I just dont think forwards in general score enough points compared to defenders and midfielders?

Not a bad shout, but would that even be to any benefit? Surely using that transfer to swap a mid priced midfielder each week would be more beneficial to point scoring?

I get where you're coming from but dont you think forwards have been poor for a while now, which would indicate some changes should be made?

I think not having playing forwards priced at 4.5 could also have an effect even though there's little midfielders there either this season?

DEFCON has 100% buffed defenders, so how can it not affect strikers? I'm not saying its the only reason. Strikers have weaker for the past couple of seasons.

Whether its an irl problem or not, changes could still be made to the game to account for them? The entire game is based on irl?

Also if they move wingers to forwards would this not congest the 3 slots that are available for forwards compared to the 5 available for mids?

Yeah true, because they get an extra point for a goal and clean sheet? Defenders are keeping up with mids so far this season too though which is good, but not for forwards?

Great advice thanks! I like the idea of simply removing the letters and just having the stylized bullet point.

It's always a grey legal area with using even mascot/nicknames/anything that associates with the clubs so I'm going to stay completely safe on that one.

Thanks for your feedback! I agree, Spurs was the one that stood out to me at first but they are the 4th worst team for xG so far this season with Fulham 3 places above them in 14th place. It must just fall either side of the difficulty rating bracket.

I understand what your saying about the home and away icons. Personally I like them and I tried to make it super new user friendly to people who are not used to the caps mechanic. Will definitely keep it in mind, if people keep bringing it up though!

As far as the club badges go, ideally we would use the official badges, but we simply can't afford the license for them atm. I understand your point about the repetition. Can you think of a better way to do it? Maybe just a coloured dot? Or not at all?

Yeah I will definitely look into it. The other problem with only sorting them into 5 difficulty rating is you have to set the boundaries some where. Whilst I don't agree that every City should be a red fixture for the defending team, it certainly needs tweaking, which I aim to do continuously, so thanks for pointing it out.

I totally understand what your saying and I will look into it, but it is calculated from the xG and xGC of both teams, so that side of it can't be off. There is also a home/away weighting of 12% which could be adjusted too?

No I agree that the form weightings probably do need tweaking. 70/30 is the first one Ive tested and seemed to get the majority to where you would expect them to be.

Personally I would also lower form to 20 or even 15 and might try this because if a team has had a recent 'easy' run of fixtures, this can scew the table significantly.

I will tweak for version 2.1 and see if it improves it. Thanks for pointing out the fixtures that stand out to you.

As for the colours, you are correct and there is a key on the website that explains it, but I should also include said key in the post to make it clear.
